today have training, i went...as i promised yan teng...
so we sprinted again 1x50mfree...
same timing again... darm slow...
after training, went to see the bowlers roll off...
then yan teng's mom, yan teng and me went to eat...
then i take bus come back home...
use com for awhile, slept for 5 hours...
just woke up... feel like sleeping again...
going to hospital to ask the price for a operations for my back bone...which is like tmr...
sigh... well, i guess i'm gonna treat my mom better....
